Membership Application
Our membership application can be downloaded from this page. Simply print out the application form, read and fill out the form completely. Then mail it back to us with your first year club dues. All the information is included on the application form.

New Members Sign-up Guidelines
i.
Individual members are defined as a single ATV driver no less than
18 years of age. Any individual less than the age of 18 must sign up under the
family membership plan and have an adult parent approval and signature.
ii.
An adult family member must accompany persons under the age of 18,
which are attending North East Wisconsin Riders Inc. ATV Club events.
Persons under 18 years of age may not operate or be a
passenger on an ATV without wearing protective headgear with the chinstrap
properly fastened. Please refer to the Wisconsin DNR website for specific rules
and regulations for children under 18 years of age.
iii.
Family membership is defined as husband, wife, and children (of
the immediate family under one roof).
iv.
All membership information is kept confidential and will not be
used outside North East Wisconsin Riders Inc. ATV Club. We will have organized
rides that all members will be informed of through our online forum and special
event mailings.
v. North East Wisconsin Riders Inc. is a non-profit
organization. All membership dues will be used for charity and club expenses.
Membership fees are due one year from receipt of your application. All members
will be required to follow the simple rules of North East Wisconsin Riders Inc.
ATV Club which are provided on the club website. In addition a copy will be
mailed to you as acceptance of the membership along with your first club
newsletter.
