We try to keep our members, sponsors and guests up-to-date on the latest club news. These articles are usually written by our news group or released by the local paper following an interview or event.
| MARINETTE COUNTRY TRAILS CLOSE | | March 15 Winter ATV Trails Close Early | For the 2010 season, the entire Marinette County ATV Trail System will be closed to all vehicles effective March 15, 2010. This closure is required to protect the soft trail bed from erosion damage caused by ATV's and other vehicles during spring breakup. ATV trails will re-open when conditions warrant. |
| REDNECK SPRING BREAK CANCELED | | The clubs March 20 winter ride is canceled! | Do to the early closure of the Marinette County ATV trails, the club has cancelled its yearly “Redneck Spring Break” ATV ride. It’s official – spring is coming earlier each year. We will plan to have next years ride a week earlier in anticipation of these earlier spring closures. Sorry! |

What are helpfull stuff articles?
The sport of ATV`ism is huge! There is so much information to try an soak up if you are new to this wonderful sport. This club, like many others, is trying to help educate the public – answer your questions – and keep the explanations as simple as possible. The articles we find – receive via email – or write our selves are intended to help you. If you have any questions or suggestions for new articles, please email us. The club is here to help and we will do our best to get you the answers.
How to Size an ATV Helmet It is easy to size an ATV helmet, but if you do not take the time to do it properly, it could be more dangerous than not wearing a helmet at all. A loose-fitting helmet is a dangerous helmet; additionally, loose-fitting helmets are noisier due to increased wind resistance and can also be exhausting because you spend so much time trying to keep it in the proper place. When shopping for children's helmets it might be tempting to buy one that is a size too big, using the logic that the child will grow into the helmet before you have to spend money to replace it. This might make sense when it comes to your budget, but it does not make sense when it comes to the child's safety. All helmets, for every rider, should fit properly and securely. [Read more...]
