How are club funds utilized?
To best understand how and when club funds are utilized, we suggest first
reviewing our meeting notes which are published. Then attend our public ally
scheduled meetings.
As for a raffle, the funds are spelled out on the ticket for a specific purpose.
Can I specify how my donation is to be used?
Not for a raffle. Raffle fund raisers have a specific need which is outlined on
the raffle ticket.
Can I make a donation outside of the raffle?
Yes, donations to the club are always accepted. Take a look at our donation web
page to find out how to make an electric donation or simply mail the donation
directly to the club.
Does the club have a license to hold raffles?
Yes we have a license which is renewed each year to hold state approved raffles.
What if the club doesn't collect enough funds to cover the raffle?
This is a chance we take each year, no matter what, the drawing for a winner(s)
is held on the scheduled date and time as printed on the raffle ticket. All
winners are then contacted within 7 days as to how the prizes will be shipped or
where they can be picked up.
